Sales Administrator

Oceantech Shipping & Trading Ltd, based in Vari, Athens is seeking an sales assistant for Marine Spare Parts Dept.

Job Description:

• Process and respond to customer inquiries

• Prepare and send quotations and/or project presentations

• Sales Targets: Meet sales budgets and pricing targets by managing leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts.

• After sales support 

• Reporting: Maintain detailed information on opportunities, tasks, and visits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Applicants should have residents of Southern Suburbs (Alimos, Argyroupoli, Glyfada Voula, Koropi etc)

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Marine Spare Parts Sales will be considered as an asset

• Fluency in the English Language, Proficient in MS office
