Education / Experience Needed
Degree in engineering or construction management preferred. Five years of experience in project implementation and management, preferably in water and sanitation. Proven ability to coordinate and manage staff, finances, and project activities. Past experience in an NGO preferred.

· A working knowledge of how water networks, sanitary installations, and septic systems among others are designed.
· Ability to supervise contractors and staff members.
Language Skills
Fluency in Greek and English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English and Greek. Ability to read and interprent legal and government documents in English and Greek. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of refugees or employees of organization. Farsi and/or Arabic language skills preferred but not required.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
