Role
- Assisting in the development and execution of events concepts for physical, digital and hybrid meetings, conferences, corporate events and exhibitions.
- Managing day-to-day event logistics from pre-event preparations to on-site presence and post-event activities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication on project implementation and representing their requirements within the agency.
- Coordinating efforts between the internal team and external suppliers.
- Providing oversight of the event budget.
