Restaurant Supervisor – Fine Dining - Porto Zante Villas & Spa

Porto Zante Villas & Spa, one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, recognized among the 68 Best Hotels & Resorts in the World by Condé Nast Traveller is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead its ultra-luxury dining experience.

This iconic property caters to some of the world’s most discerning guests, including royalty, celebrities, and business leaders. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with experience in Michelin-star restaurants or top-tier luxury resorts, ensuring seamless, refined, and highly personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally welcome and seat guests, delivering an elegant and intuitive dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selection and expert recommendations, ensuring bespoke service.
• Oversee service flow, timing, and team coordination to guarantee flawless execution.
• Handle high-profile guest requests, exclusive dining experiences, and special occasions.
• Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience.
• Manage and track restaurant supplies, including cutlery, glassware, and linens, ensuring the team is fully equipped for exceptional service.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a flawless presentation at all times.
• Lead the training and development of the restaurant team, maintaining Porto Zante’s impeccable service standards.
• Oversee billing and farewell processes with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Hospitality School or equivalent experience in luxury hospitality.
• A few years experience in a similar role at a top-tier luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
• Fluent in English (Greek is an asset).
• Experience with MICROS POS is preferred.
• Polished appearance, refined attitude, and leadership presence.
