Responsibilities
- Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding dining experiences by providing professional and attentive service to guests.
- Menu Expertise: Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and make personalized recommendation
- Order Accuracy: Take and relay orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Hygiene & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
Qualifications
✔️ Proven experience as a Waiter A in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting as 2-3 years is mandatory.
✔️ Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings. Proven knowledge of Sommelier is mandatory.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ A warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
✔️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Ability to upsell.
