Are you an experienced hospitality person who loves to provide high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests? 

Iolida Corfu Resort & Spa by Smile Hotels looking for a Maître.

Main duties:

• Ensuring and coordinating fast, quality and efficient service of the department
• Planning, scheduling, organizing and correct division of the department's work
• Ensuring the hygiene and impeccable appearance of the employees of the departments
• Ensuring the continuous education and training of the staff
• Exercising control over all procedures of ordering, receiving, storing and serving food and beverages
• Ensuring the implementation of the instructions of the ISO/HACCP food hygiene and quality assurance system
• Proper management of customer complaints
• The ensuring the proper maintenance, use and storage of equipment

• Graduate of a School of Tourism Professions
• Have worked for at least 1 year as an assistant to the head of the catering department in the same company or in a similar category of hotels or 3 years as a Captain in charge of the department
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Abilities: Training, Motivation, Guidance, Coordination and Control of Staff
• Ability to directly approach customers
• Basic knowledge of the HACCP/ISO food safety system
