Restaurant Team Leader - IKEA HRAKLEIO STORE

Reporting to the Market Operations Manager, you will be responsible and accountable to:
- Ensure the required sales turnover and profitability of the department, based on the targets set
- To lead the Restaurant, Swedish Food Market and the Swedish Deli Restaurant and Swedish Food Market to generate more store traffic, converting visitors to customers as well as strengthen the low price profile and Swedish identity in the areas of responsibility
- To ensure the best possible customer service and have customers in focus as your first priority
- To implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the Pulse CX & the 4 axes (Safety-Meritocracy-Respect-Development) indices
- To ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
- To ensure that all areas of your responsibility operate in accordance with the HACCP and ISO standards and regulation at all times
- To closely monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
- To select, develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives
The Skills & Qualifications:
- University or College Degree preferably in Business Management /Hotel and Tourism Management Qualifications considered as an asset
- Good command of English language
- Good knowledge of Ms Office
- At least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and knowledge of HACCP
- Customer Focus and Commerciality
- Good People management skills
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Very good communication skills and team oriented personality
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Qualifications considered as an asset:
- Knowledge of the Retail Food Market
