Bartender

We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.

The position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor of the company.

Responsibilities:

The Bartender is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

• Prepare all mise en place and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift
• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to the established sequence of service
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• Assist in all restaurant/bar related tasks as assigned by the F&B Supervisor
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

Qualifications:

• Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee.
• Excellent communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
• Attention to detail and work in a fast paced, diverse work environment.
• Candidate should hold valid work authorization for the EU.
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is highly desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and of at least one PMS software and P.O.S. system
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures
• Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure, to make decisions and come up with effective solutions
• Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors)
• Team oriented.
• Professionalism, integrity and responsibility.
