Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Implement sales growth strategies across different market channels.
  • Manage and develop the distribution network in alignment with channel & distribution strategy.
  • Achieve annual commercial and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & CRM teams to maintain high standards in customer relationship management.
  • Train, support, and guide the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Manage P&L and monitor budgets to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competition, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Manager, will be expected to possess the following: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a focus on team development and building solid client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Good knowledge of ERP-CRM systems.

At least 5 years of experience in the Foodservice channel – HoReCa and in team management.
