IT Support Specialist
Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Athens
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users
seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic
techniques & tools.
- Identify the best solutions based on users’
issues and the provided details.
- Guide users through problem-solving process.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support
levels when necessary.
- Follow up to update user statuses and ensure
resolution satisfaction.
- Gather and share user feedback or suggestions
with relevant teams or stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to
support procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a
related field.
- 2 years’ experience in a help desk or technical support
role.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve basic
technical issues.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and databases
(preferred).
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a calm and patient
demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to
manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
