Your main responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Oversee and assist Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen employees.
- Manage the inventory for your station, including ordering ingredients and controlling costs.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.
What will you bring?
- Culinary arts degree or certificate from a vocational school.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work well in a team and a passion for cooking are essential.
