Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a refining, supply and sales company of oil products, is looking for an Administrative Officer for its premises in Elefsina.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage correspondence (emails, phone calls).
- Manage diary, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, etc.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and other necessary documents.
- Type and prepare reports, presentations, etc.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both oral and written)
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration is considered as an asset
