The candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls
- Providing personalized solutions for each client
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (spoken/written)
- Good knowledge of the English language
Additional Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center will be considered as a plus
- IT literacy
