Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping scheduling and control inventory of linen and supplies.
- Order necessary supplies for the department to maintain operational efficiency.
Front Office:
- Ensure accurate posting of Marriott Points and handle guest feedback via reviews and surveys.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring effective communication with guests.
- Oversee room allocations, reservations, and perform night audit reviews and error corrections.
Food & Beverage:
- Ensure high-quality breakfast service and maintain cleanliness in public areas (lobby, kitchen).
- Manage inventory, place orders for breakfast supplies, amenities, and bar items.
- Verify deliveries to ensure accurate and timely supply management.
General Operations:
- Perform regular inspections of all hotel areas to maintain operational excellence.
- Record and report maintenance issues, coordinating repairs and improvements.
- Oversee departmental inventories and ensure proper cash register control.
- Assist with hotel budget preparation and financial planning.
