We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager for Kivotos Mykonos Hotels & Villasto oversee all aspects of the front desk and guest relations operations. The ideal candidate will be a natural leaderwith excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
A typical day at work looks like:
- Manage and supervise the Front Office and Guest Relations team, including training, scheduling, andperformance evaluation.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, maintaining high levels of efficiency andguest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issuesto the guest's satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations teams to ensure optimaloccupancy and guest flow.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in servicedelivery.
- Oversee billing and payment processes, including managing accounts receivable and coordinating withthe finance department.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations, including guest profiles,occupancy rates, and revenue data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management, implementing newstrategies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory ormanagerial role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
