Your responsibilities as Maître d'hôtel will be:

• Staff training, mentoring and management
• Focus on achieving quality and financial goals
• Coordinate daily front and back restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Estimate needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

• Experience of at least 2 years in a corresponding position
• Fluent in English, additional language will be an asset
• Ability to adapt to the company's operating standards
• Hospitality Degree
• HACCP knowledge
