Objective
Establish the organization’s online presence and brand value by promoting the company and its products through videos, photos, infographics, and text posts on social media platforms.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to develop visibility, traffic, and engagement.
- Management of the company's website and social media. Engagement with customers and followers
- Creation and implementation of social media promotions as well as communication with customers
- Manage all Analytics tools for data collection (social media, web analytics, rankings)
- Monitor Online Competition & Market Trends
- Content Development
- Participation in all stages of planning, creating and executing corporate promotions & events of the company in collaboration with the Management
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field, master’s degree in one of the above fields will be an advantage.
- At least 4 years’ experience as a social media manager or a similar role, ideally in a Hospitality related company with emphasis in creating social media strategies.
- Prior experience as a copywriter will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Understand content strategy, copywriting, Google Ads and SEO principles.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design for social media is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
