As a Customer Operations & Services Officer, you will:

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Oversee delivery operations using SAP, ensuring smooth and accurate procedures
• Monitor stock levels daily, managing replenishment to guarantee product availability with management approval
• Ensure precise and timely invoicing for all customer transactions
• Track and support prompt payment collections
• Collaborate with the team to achieve high-performance results
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding global deliveries and service networks
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company ethics, and safety standards

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Operations & Services Officer will have:

• University degree in Shipping or relevant knowledge of the shipping industry
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge and hands-on experience
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the shipping industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication
• Efficient multitasking
• Stress resilience
• Team player
