Job Description:
- Develop
new business opportunities in the area of foreign workers by targeting
potential clients within the Greek market, focusing on industries such as
hospitality, agriculture, and other relevant sectors.
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and
immigration authorities.
- Stay
updated on the latest immigration regulations and changes in work permit
policies across different countries.
- Support
corporate projects and events as needed, collaborating with various teams
to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare,
maintain, and organize essential corporate records, reports, and
documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory
standards.
- Provide
comprehensive administrative support to the executive and corporate teams,
including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling
correspondence.
- Manage
administration services/documents including minutes, resolutions, share
certificates, etc
- Update
and maintain databases and filing systems for easy access to information
when required.
- Assist
with corporate governance tasks, including maintaining records of company
policies and legal compliance
- Organize
and maintain filing system for legal documentation
- Support
corporate projects and events as needed, collaborating with various teams
to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Proven,
minimum 3 year-experience and knowledge of work permit and visa processes
from multiple countries
- University
degree in Business Administration or another related Degree
- Good
understanding of the corporate legislation
- Ability
to work with international/multinational companies
- Capable
of multitasking and delivering results under pressure and tight
deadlines
- Excellent
knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent
communication and organizational skills
- Fluent
spoken and written English & Greek
- Greek
nationality
- Flexibility
to travel within Greece
- Experience
with licensing procedures for foreign entities will be considered an
advantage
