With a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation, they are expanding their reach, so on their behalf we are seeking for a talented B2B Export Sales to drive their international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our export market presence for our range of food products.
- Identify and engage with distributors, retailers, and importers worldwide.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about global food industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years proven experience in export sales within the food industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Degree in Food Technology of Economics or any other related studies.
- Proficient use of the Greek and English language; second foreign language will consider and asset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Availability for extensive travelling.
