Customer Care Specialist (Ref. code: S-722/ 69623)
Job Description
· Provides direct help desk support (answers inquires at both end user & professional customers) either by telephone, electronically or face to face
· Responds promptly to customer inquiries
· Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
· Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers by using the CRM tool
· Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
· Handles customer complaints or any major incidents by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
