About the role
As an Assistant F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of our culinary and service operations. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our establishment by assuming a range of responsibilities that span both managerial and operational domains.

Requirements
- Assist in the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, including inventory management, order processing, and quality control.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures to create a secure and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among culinary and service teams.
- Support the F&B Manager in training and developing staff, ensuring a high level of competency and customer service.
- Aid in monitoring and managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager on financial analysis and reporting related to F&B operations.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an assistant F&B Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English with an excellent command of the language.
- Proficient knowledge of MS office.
