Architect

Attica Diamond, an investment consultancy company, is seeking for a highly-motivated and experienced Architect to join our team

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for Residential projects, from conception to construction documentation
• Develop plans, 3d visualizations and detailed construction drawings that follow the current building codes and regulations, specific standards and guidelines
• Apply for building permit, including all needed processes
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the overall progress of all company projects
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction
• Keep within budgets and timelines

• Degree in Architecture (Master is a plus)
• Signing authority will be an additional qualification
• Proven working experience as an architect of 5+ years (please attach your portfolio)
• High level proficiency in 2D + 3D design software (AutoCAD 2D, Revit BIM, 3ds Max (or similar), Rendering Vray (or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations in Greece (NOK) is required
• Experience in a range of project scales, from Masterplanning to Interior Design.
• Communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in English
