We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all our loyal members are personally welcomed and recognized.
- Review the daily arrival report and make sure the welcome amenities and guest preferences or other requests are in place.
- Check the rooms prior to arrival and escort guests to their rooms when they arrive.
- Make personal contact with the guests daily, resolve their issues.
- Resolve any problem or concern regarding guest’s accommodation or service as they arise, following up constantly with related departments.
- Having daily communication through what’s up with guests, as we are dedicated to them during their stay.
- To check in guests, since they will know very well how to operate the PMS.
- Prepare –review and update guest profiles and share them with the rest of the team and other relevant departments.
- Find possible opportunities to delight our guests and create personalized memorable experiences.
- Be present in all public areas during their pick time to ensure all guests’ needs are met.
- Be in constant co-operation with other Departments
