Webhelp Hellas, is looking to recruit, French Customer Care Advisors, to join a growing international Customer Care Team based in Athens.
A Customer Solution Advisor is responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing customer information, handling transactions, managing customer access, and dealing with customer complaints.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding to existing clients and handle any inbound enquiries

Troubleshoot any issues your clients need assistance with

Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.

Manage and protect customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with relevant legislation.
