Executive Assistant
The Client
Our client, a leading multinational company with headquarters in Central Macedonia, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient time management, travel coordination and monitoring both professional and personal pending tasks.
The position
In case you are selected, your main duties will be:
- Manage and optimize the executive’s schedule and appointments
- Organize business and personal travel arrangements (tickets, accommodation, meetings)
- Monitor pending tasks and follow up to ensure completion
- Handle electronic and physical correspondence, as well as document filing
- Communicate with internal and external partners to address arising issues
- Provide secretarial support, including typing, record-keeping, and meeting minutes
- Ensure office equipment is functional and well-maintained
- Collect and compile monthly reports for senior management
- Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for senior management
- Oversee deadlines and commitments to ensure efficiency
- Plan and coordinate executive board meetings and commercial meetings.
