Your role:
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures and brand standards
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs (Food cost, staff cost etc.)
