About the hotel:
Located just a 10-minute walk from
Mykonos Town, the brand-new Mykonos Earth Suites, is operating since 2021. It
is a modern adults-only property, characterized by minimalist elements,
strongly influenced by the rustic style and harmonized with the blue and white
environment of the island. The hotel consists of 15 state-of-the-art suites
with private open-air pools, and an all-day, a-la-carte restaurant & bar, by
the central pool, where guests can enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine,
overlooking the vast Aegean Sea. A powerful combination of elegant
accommodation, luxury in each detail and spectacular views, is promising to
satisfy even the most particular guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of guests’
arrivals and departures.
- Efficient handling of all cashiering
functions including but not limited to cash and credit card charges, currency
exchange, cashiering close, correct invoicing, correct billing, collecting and
checking cash & receipts from departments that close during the shift.
- Answering any guest inquiries or
requests through phone, email or live in a knowledgeable, professional and
timely manner.
- Closely collaborating with
Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B team to successfully accommodate all
guest requests, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction.
- Preparing all relevant reports for
the Front Office Team, the Operations Manager, the Owner and other hotel
departments, to ensure that everyone has updated and accurate information.
- Actively participating in promotion
and selling of hotel’s services and F&B facilities, as well as external
collaborations (ex. Cruises, rentals, transfers, restaurants etc.), to obtain
hotel’s financial goals.
- Handling any guest complaints or
very demanding guest requests that may occur, in an empathetic and timely
manner.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business
Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a
receptionist in a 5* Boutique Hotel.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
- Proficient use of MS Office and relevant
hotel PMS (Preferably Pylon).
- Hands on professional with “can do”
attitude and team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
