As a Production Director you will have to:

• Manage and mentor a team of production managers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, implementing quality control processes to maintain excellence in all production stages.
• Develop and monitor production budgets, managing resources effectively to meet both quality and cost targets.
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, and logistics teams to align production with company innovation and delivery goals.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

For the Production Director's position you need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of production management software, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
