As a Customer Service Specialist your main responsibilities are:
  • Receive, process, invoice, and monitor customer orders in gSAP, ensuring accuracy and completion
  • Communicate with Supply to ensure correct and timely shipments
  • Investigate order delays and proactively inform customers
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service and support
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Work with key users and data engineers to build data analytics models for process optimization
  • Work closely with Supply, Sales, and Credit teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate product returns, FOC sample shipments, and pricing lists in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Process customer credits in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Efficiently manage exceptional sales requirements (memos, quotations, etc.)
  • Deploy data analysis and reporting related to Order to Cash activities
  • Participate in customer service projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain high data accuracy

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist will be expected to possess the following:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management
  • Proficiency in SAP (gSAP) and MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
