We are looking for experienced sales professionals, preferably from service-based industries like insurance, who excel in providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate is skilled at identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the company's full range of services, offering expert guidance to help clients make the best choices for their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling tailored services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales, preferably in service-based industries.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to identify client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work efficiently under pressure.
