ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, an innovative digital real estate platform, is looking for a Relationship Manager.

Location: Athens

Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: Commercial Manager

What you will do:

The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in onboarding users, supporting user requests, and advising customers on real estate matters and financing options. They will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and upselling value-added services to enhance the customer experience.

More specifically he/she will:

  • Onboard new users onto the platform and guide them through the registration process.
  • Provide personalized support to users and address their inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Advise customers on real estate matters, including property listings, buying, and selling processes, financing options, and legal requirements.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Upsell value-added services to customers, such as renovation services, moving assistance, legal services, and technical services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes, financing options, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and upselling products or services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages, both written and verbal.
