We are looking for a highly motivated FTTH Project Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple FTTH projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Work closely with project stakeholders, including engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues or risks
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts that arise during project execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers between project phases
- Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Provide project updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, project management)
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the telecommunications or construction industry
- Strong understanding of FTTH network architecture and deployment methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel may be required
Nice to Have
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Vortex)
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., FCC regulations)
- Experience working with fiber optic networks or related technologies
