As a Senior Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of major industrial projects, managing all phases of the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal teams, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation, while regularly reporting on the project's financial status
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on timelines and project objectives
• Ensure all project activities meet required specifications and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of all project activities
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that designs, procedures, and systems align with best practices
• Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are adhered to on-site, managing environmental and legal compliance

As a Senior Project Manager, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred) or equivalent. Proficiency in English (Proficiency level)
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly in industrial projects
• Strong experience in contract management, change management, and claims management
• Proven ability to manage large project teams and collaborate with senior management
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices, project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2), (tools such as MS Project or Primavera.)
