ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a leader in the Facility Management Services industry, is seeking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect Construction Manager in the Small-Scale Construction Projects Department.

Civil Engineer or Architect Construction Manager (5723/CM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

• Review of study measurements, cost estimation, and preparation of project budgets.
• Receive and evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers / prepare comparison tables, and draft contracts.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals.
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and designers.
• Organization, remote management, and monitoring of small-scale project execution.
• Collection of deliverable documents, certifications, and closing of small-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a University or Technical Institution in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Experience in managing and organizing construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge and use of computers (MS Office, AutoCAD).
