We are searching for General Manager for the season of 2025.The manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the property.The ideal hotel manager must possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations, a positive attitude, the ability to oversee all operations activities and departments in a hotel in order to maximize revenue, deliver a positive guest experience and create a team atmosphere that promotes learning and mentorship.
Main duties:
- Planning and monitoring the daily operation of the hotel to ensure progress.
- Guidance and assistance all of the team members for the best possible operation of the hotel.
- Excellent cooperation and building relationships of trust with the whole team.
- Plans activities and allocate responsibilities as to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Monitoring employee work and managing any issues.
- Staff training and guidance in the HoReCa sectors, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Excellent communication with the guests.
- Resolves any customer complaints and avoid potential problems
- Quality control and monitor production.
- Review or formulation of the hotel policies and promote their implementation.
- Daily communication with the managers of the rest departments to achieve the hotel's goals.
- Able to balance operational needs, implement strategy and display a passion for hotel excellence.
- Professional handling of special requests with courtesy, efficiency and accuracy.
