Job Description

·         Support/ run group RFP’s mainly working with HR stakeholders

·         Perform commercial and technical analytics related to group HR RFP’s

·         Provide support in all administrative areas such as: preparing RFPs, contract preparation, organizing calls, preparing e-mails, following up to stakeholders

Candidate Profile

·       Experience three (3) to five (5) years as Buyer in an international company and preferably in Personnel, travel, Real Estate & Facilities categories

·       Proven Record in Procurement Analytics is a must

·       Certification in CIPS or similar procurement certification is an asset

·       Fluency in written and spoken English

·       Willing to travel up to 20% to different countries to meet the stakeholders

·       University degree in Business Administration or similar would be an asset

·       Excellent communication skills
