We’re growing fast and we need a smart, driven, and purpose-aligned Business Development Manager to help us take our impact to the next level.

The Role: Business Development Manager

You’ll work directly with our CEO to:

  • Find new leads across Europe
  • Run and optimize outbound email campaigns (with Lemlist)
  • Grow memberships and users on OpenCosmos and our AI tools
  • Pitch collaborations and convert prospects into clients
  • Help us reach our €1M revenue target for 2025 

This is a remote-first, full-time position.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

You’ll Love This Role If You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Understand researchers, innovation communities, or consultancy models
  • Write clearly and pitch ideas confidently
