As a Procurement Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Use of SAP for customer service tasks, data entry, order processing, and report generation
- Support in managing and coordinating larger projects under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Executive.
- Preparation of comprehensive financial proposals and offers for clients.
- Facilitation of communication and coordination with suppliers, transport companies, and external partners.
- Active role as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and providing updates.
- Preparation and organization of documents for participation in public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Update and manage data in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
The ideal candidate for the Procurement Assistant position should have:
- Degree in relevant field
- Proficient user of the Greek and English language
- Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Speed and efficiency
- Teamwork
- Attention to detail
- 1-2 years of experience in a company with a technical background
