Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, the Barista is responsible to provide the highest level of service and professional excellence, being ever present in the operation ensuring the highest standards. The Barista reports to the Assistant Bar Manager.
As Barista, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide respectful and generous service to both guests and colleagues.
- Prepare and organize the coffee station, ensuring all tasks are completed before and after guest service.
- Follow beverage and coffee serving standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage ordering, requisitions, and stock levels for the coffee station.
- Operate the POS system and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the coffee station and attend necessary meetings.
