Hotel Manager
We are looking for a Hotel Manager who

As a Hotel Manager you will…
- Plan,
implement and manage the overall daily operations
- Conduct
hotels’ budgeting and financial planning
- Plan and
organize activities to drive sales
- Manage
and monitor expenses
- Manage
and track inventory
- Plan and
implement marketing campaigns with marketing teams
- Build and
maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients
- Build
relationships with vendors
- Suggest
and implement new ideas
- Determine
KPIs
- Track
KPIs and produce reports
- Onboard
new personnel
- Evaluate
staff performance
- Ensure
safety and adherence to rules and regulations
Entry Requirements:
- Education: College degree in
Business Administration or Hotel Management will be appreciated
- Experience: 4+ Years luxury
hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
- Excellent command of the Greek
& English language, both spoken and written
- A second foreign language will
be considered as a plus
- Strong managerial and
supervisory skills
- Ability to manage a large and
diverse group of individuals
- Excellent organizational
skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
