As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with:

• Checking and registering supply chain partner invoices before payment.
• Managing the inbound goods process from factories, coordinating multiple suppliers.
• Overseeing product master data management and returns in alignment with customer service protocols.
• Managing third-party suppliers for logistics consumables.
• Supporting local operations related to Logistic Service Providers.
• Ensuring inventory reconciliation between Navision and Warehouse Management System (WMS) stocks.
• Coordinating biannual stock-taking processes within the unit.
• Managing inventory quality status resulting from quality issues or management decisions.
• Maintaining daily communication with Customer Service and Finance teams in local units.
• Acting as the local emergency contact for service interruptions.
• Coordinating the loading of goods as the liaison between factories and transport companies.
• Managing invoicing and destruction processes for damaged or missing warehouse items.
• Completing regional, cluster, or local reports promptly.
• Proposing cost or quality improvements in logistics operations.
• Supporting logistics processes in One Navision.
• Providing data analysis for cost and service improvement initiatives.
• Offering backup support for similar roles within the cluster.

To excel in the role of Logistics Operations Specialist, you should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and the local market language.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and experience with 1NAV or similar systems.
• Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead and facilitate effective cross-functional meetings.
• Working knowledge of the local trade environment (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of warehouse and transportation activities.
• Strong process-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of project management tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills for external providers.
