Responsibilities:
- Handles pending contract tasks unrelated to direct sales, such as procedural matters (e.g., updates, documentation, declarations, meter readings, etc.)
- Communicates with pending task lists to alleviate the workload of sales agents and maintain the team’s productivity
- Provides updates on changes from the billing department and manages daily tasks unrelated to new sales
- Manages Voice Orders for completed contracts, ensuring timely communication to finalize sales
- Processes customer-specific administrative requests (e.g., product changes) to streamline operations
- Handles incoming calls with prioritization over sales agents, focusing on inquiries related to contract progress, support referrals, and efficient call redirection to minimize delays and optimize team workflow
- Participates in company’s trainings
