F&B DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, etc.).
• Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to maximize profitability.
• Develop and manage budgets for all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality and service.
• Set and achieve revenue targets through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and events.
• Recruit, train, and manage F&B team members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Ensure top-tier guest service by training staff on hospitality standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Innovate and enhance the dining experience through menu development and service improvements.
• Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
