Some of your main responsibilities as F&B Manager / Controller are:

• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day food and beverage operations
• Lead all restaurant operations, organize and supervise working schedules
• Monitor operational costs and identify measures to reduce expenses; improve restaurant’s revenue, prepare detailed reports for management information
• Recruit and assist in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs, motivate and mentor food and beverage teams
• Evaluate staff performance, provide information to increase productivity and quality of services for service teams
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
• Oversee storage and correct use of equipment and supplies
• Ensure that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
• Follow all hotel policies as instructed

Before applying for the position of F&B Manager / Controller, make sure you have:

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment
• Culinary and beverage knowledge, with a passion for culinary trends and innovation
• Budgeting and financial management expertise
• Proficiency in English
• Relevant certifications and training in food safety and service standards
• Hospitality or Business Administration Degree
• 4 years of experience in a relative position
