As a Contact Center Supervisor, your main responsibilities are:

  • Lead and train the contact center team to achieve exceptional individual & team performance, deliver high customer satisfaction, and exceed target KPIs
  • Utilize analytics to enhance and sustain the performance of CC Agents on a daily,weekly and monthly basis 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and courteous communication by monitoring CC agents communications and providing constructive feedback
  • Prepare regular reports, providing insights to Lead Customer Care and identifying operational risks along with areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to company policies & procedures in all interactions

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The Contact Center Supervisor we are looking for should have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar team leader/supervisor position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent use of the English language
  • Good understanding of performance metrics and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage demanding customer interactions and resolve escalations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively
  • Familiarity with call center software and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
