Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documentation (employment contracts, hiring docs etc.)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Participating in payroll process, by gathering information regarding hiring/exiting and changes in employee’s payroll such as sick leaves, overtime, working schedules etc.
- Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and promoting conflict resolution.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR systems.
