Περιγραφή

We are looking to recruit a Sales Director for our offices in Athens.

Responsibilities

Business management:
- Define & recommend the appropriate strategy to achieve growth and productivity.
- Define targets and expectations together with HP and assure further execution and Sales achievement.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify bottlenecks and determine business growth potential.
Customer interaction:
- Build strong working relationships with customers and management teams.
- Provide performance statistics and reporting to HP as required.
- Review and ensure the maintenance of optimum resource levels necessary for the delivery of the agreed service, including staff, spares, equipment and tools.
- Take on new business.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly business review with HP senior management.
Commercial management:
- Manage P&L to meet planned revenues and performance.
- Control, verify and manage costs of services.
- Work closely with the account manager and client director, manage changes to service and contract with HP.
- Fully understand customers business and environment and be proficient to drive down the cost of ownership.
People management:
- Manage all disciplinary issues effectively.
- Evaluate appropriate employee strategies to promote excellence across operations.
- Hold regular team meetings and ensure regular communication.
- Motivate and communicate with on-site staff via meetings and ad-hoc briefings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

- Solid Service Desk experience at a senior level.
- Operational / business management experience.
- Excellent financial management and P&L management skills.
- Strong people management skills interpersonal skills, appraisal skills, interviewing skills.
- Ability to work alone, under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to implement and manage change.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Strong Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent decision making/problem solving skills.
- Demonstrable management experience within outsourced service delivery environment.
- Fluent English Language. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience of working with subcontractor(s).
- Previous international experience.
- Educated to degree level or above.
- Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
