Our Company has new openings for 2 x
Project Engineers with a technical background to support our subsea cable
installation projects.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be
responsible for all technical aspects of their assigned projects, including
tendering support, documentation preparation, subcontractors evaluation,
planning and coordination of field operations as well as final reporting.
Typical duties include:
- Tendering support documentation
preparation;
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of
assigned projects;
- Interacting with Client
representatives, interpreting and implementing their needs and requirements;
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules,
plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the projects’ status;
- Reporting to the project manager and senior engineers to
create more efficient project execution methodologies;
- Reviewing the operational tasks and evaluating
effectiveness
- Ensuring QHSE compliance and
initiating any relevant reporting and corrective actions implementation;
- Developing specifications for the projects’ equipment, as
required;
- Creating frameworks to measure the projects’ metrics and
data collection;
- Ensuring the project's compliance
with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and
specifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- A higher university degree in
Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Marine or Civil);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
language (additional languages will be considered as an advantage)
- CAD (2D and 3D) skills
- General computer literacy skills
- Stress analysis (ANSYS) and / or Orcaflex softwares will be
considered as advantages
- Availability to travel to jobsites

- Experience Engineering related experience will be considered as an
advantage
