Department: Outgoing Tourism Operations.
Description - Tasks
· Ensure the comprehensive and high-quality organization of trips worldwide, overseeing services such as air travel, accommodations, and activities.
· Communicate effectively with partner tour operators.
· Prepare all relevant travel documents and paperwork for each trip.
· Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department to manage and follow up on payments, invoices, and related financial transactions.
· Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
